Over the past few years, the group has experienced significant growth in project volume and team size, while its professional competencies have become increasingly specialized. The new holding structure formalizes this evolution within a unified system. Positive Adamsky now operates through five agencies, each with a clearly defined professional focus, while maintaining a shared creative and strategic mindset that enables integrated collaboration across the group.
The five agencies of Positive Adamsky
- PDKY Creative – The group’s lead agency focusing on brand and creative strategy, integrated campaigns, and complex brand-building solutions. The agency is headed by Ádám Vaszary, with Vilmos Farkas serving as Creative Director.
- PDKY Digital – A data-driven digital, social, and performance agency supporting clients in designing and managing complete digital ecosystems - headed by Gábor Kéri.
- PDKY PR – A PR agency specializing in corporate and brand communications, reputation management, strategic communication consulting, influencer marketing, and media relations - headed by Andrea Nagy.
- Positive Health & Care (PHC) – A sector-focused agency providing marketing communications services for companies operating in the healthcare and life sciences industries - headed by Managing Director Krisztina Horváth.
- reel8 AI & Digital Production House – The group’s newest digital and AI-driven production unit, positioning video and audiovisual content as a strategic business tool rather than purely a production service. The agency focuses on social-first, AI-based, and scalable content solutions and is headed by Péter Szántó.
“Positive Adamsky operates like a top-tier multi-sport club: rather than specializing in a single field, we deliver high-level performance across multiple disciplines. It is essential for us that each member agency can stand as a leading market player independently, while also delivering outstanding results in integrated projects. Our goal has been to build one of Hungary’s largest and most versatile agency groups — and today, our results and professional recognition confirm this,” said Bálint Hinora, CEO of Positive Adamsky Group.
Within the holding structure, member agencies maintain independent operations and client portfolios. At the same time, integrated assignments are supported by unified strategic leadership and coordinated operational execution to ensure consistent client service across the group. The company group is overseen by an eight-member management team.
“Transparent structures and clearly defined professional positioning are fundamental expectations in international markets. The transition to a holding model creates this transparency and establishes a strong foundation for expanding international partnerships and assignments,” added Ferenc Hinora, President of Positive Adamsky.
